On Jan. 27, 2016, the board of directors approved an estimated NAV of $8.65 per share as of Dec. 31, 2015. On Aug. 24, 2016, the board of directors announced approval of a special liquidating distribution of $2.35 per share. After giving effect to the special liquidating distribution, the board of directors approved of a revised NAV of $6.30 per share. On Dec. 8, 2016, the board of directors approved of a liquidating distribution of $2.30 per share. After giving effect to the liquidating distribution, the board of directors approved a revised NAV of $4.00 per share. This valuation represents the estimated value per share as a snapshot in time and will likely change over the Company's life cycle The estimated NAV per share does not necessarily represent the amount an investor could expect to receive if the Company were to list its shares or liquidate its assets, now or in the future.
